My goal as a supervisor is to hold the container for you to explore what is coming up INSIDE you as you work with your clients
As counselors, coaches, and healers it is imperative that we take care of ourselves before we can help heal anyone else. Coming to this work with clear energy is vital to help another on their own path. Being self aware of our own projections and counter-transference is so important. And it often requires the assistance of a mentor.
Megan's unique approach to consultation weaves together both practical tools as well as drawing on the supervisee's own unique life experiences and innate wisdom.
